The purpose of the Sausalito Youth Sailing Foundation is to support all charitable activities, including education of on-the-water boating activities, safety, and ameteur competition. The selection of scholarship recipients and operation of the Foundation shall be the responsibility of the entire board.

Our fund raising events include but are not limited to the following: 

  1. Donation of new items for a Silent Auction at the SYC on opening day
  2. Food and Wine booth at on the City of Sausalito Jazz-by-the-Bay events on Friday night June 18.
  3. Operation of a food booth at the Sausalito Art Festival, Labor Day Weekend
  4. Gaslight cruise
  5. Sausalito Film Festival theme cruise
  6. Other fund raisers
